Anderson Engineering has an immediate opening for an Office Coordinator. The position supports all departments within the office through a variety of administrative duties listed below. The Office Coordinator is the face of the company, and first point of contact for clients both through the phone and in person.
Responsibilities may include:
Contacting potential clients
Creating proposals and marketing materials
Assisting with events inside and outside of the office
Assisting with billing
Printing project documents and organizing them
Client projects submissions
Applicant must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment, be self-motivated and customer service oriented. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills is a necessity.
